How much does a patio cost on the Gold Coast?
It depends on size, roof type and site. We measure on site and give you one fixed price in writing within five business days.
Do I need building approval for a patio?
We lodge the building approval through a private certifier for every Patio, Carport and Pergola we build, as part of the job. If your site needs a council application, such as a boundary relaxation, we tell you early because it adds time.
How long does it take?
Most of the timeline is approval and Stratco supply, then the build itself. Your quote includes an estimated start date, and we keep you updated if approvals, supply or weather move it.
What warranty do I get?
Stratco covers the Outback structure for 25 years and the paint finish for 8. Our installation workmanship is covered for seven years. Full warranty terms are in your contract.
